A micro brewery with a shop selling a wide range of bottled beers and some other drinks. It also has a small museum which is worth a 15 minute wander through. Would make an excellent trip out for an afternoon. The beers are not cheap - around 2.80 to 3.50 a bottle - hence one star off. However, you will always be tempted to buy as there is such a great choice!swshants
The Southwick Brewhouse is a gem for south coast beer lovers (as well as those who enjoy ales, meads, wines, and ciders too!). The selection available from local and national breweries of all sizes is second to none. The service is exceptional. The pricing is very good. This is exactly the type of small independent business that breweries and consumers alike should be supporting so that it can survive in these uncertain times.Easy_506
They have a huge selection of beers here, the staff were very friendly and they have the original steam-powered machinery used in making beers up to the mid 1900's. Its a shop almost housed in an beer museum with a big car park... and its at the back of an excellent country pub with local beers on the engines and excellent food. Worth a trip for all these reasons.Igneous_Yacht
What a wonderful setting this is to find your beer. Nestled behind Portsdown Hill on the B2177 towards the Meon Valley, this quaint historic Brewhouse has a huge range of craft beers to take away.
The trip upstairs to see Old Dick's brewery from before the 2nd World War. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Prices were good and the beer even better when sampled at home later.Southwickfans
Recommend to pop into the brewery by the village tea rooms. Great history and the chap was very helpful and full of information. Steep steps to upstairs where you can see the original machinery. Variety of different unusual ales on offer and buy 4 local ales and gift box is free. Ideal Xmas gifts at this time of year. Well worth a visitknott101
Great little shop, a decent selection of local craft beer, very reasonably priced too. Staff are always friendly and polite.
Highly recommendDan Redman

The Southwick Brewhouse is a veritable Aladdin's Cave of ales (mead, wine & cider), there is something for everyone who likes the odd glass & the delivery service they are now running during the pandemic is an added bonus. It is exactly the type of independent business that I like to support.stephen lord
